… There are so many shades: delicate, aggressive, sublime, gross, harsh. Feeling your soul without explanations, without words, and paint this sensation…
Art as the language of the spirit.

I think art is an adventure in an unknown world. Only people who are not afraid of risk can enter such a world. I am for flat shapes because they destroy illusion and unveil reality.

The very moment a painting is finished the intimacy between creator and creation reaches its climax.

When I work I try to communicate with my soul: brush-strokes become sounds and colours become temperatures of times and seasons. Shape and colour nourish and fill each other in a playground of surfaces that have been torn and sewed up again, separated and put back together.
